ORDERS

What forms of payment do you accept?                                                                

We accept Apple Pay, and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

How long does it take to process my order?                                                         

We aim to process your order within 2 business days and ship it within 72 hours. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Can I change an order after I place it?                                                                   

We can’t guarantee it, but we are a small team and will try our best. If you need to make a change to an order, please email hello@evenfallhome.com immediately and request changes. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

 

SHIPPING

What are your shipping charges?                                                                           

Ground shipping is free on all purchases that ship within the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii and charged additional fees. Swatch orders (of 6 or more) are charged a $5 fee.

 

Where do you ship?                                                                                                  

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. If you would like to ship internationally, please contact us at hello@evenfallhome.com with your name, shipping address, phone, product names and quantities. We will provide a quote for shipping only – the recipient will be responsible for paying duties and taxes on the package.

 

How can I check the status of my order?                                                              

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with carrier and tracking number. If you have not received an order confirmation or shipping notice, please check your spam. If you are still unable to locate the tracking number, please email us at hello@evenfallhome.com

Can I expedite my order?

Yes, we offer express shipping on lighter-weight packages only.

 

How do I recycle or compost your packaging? 

All Evenfall packaging, is naturally biodegradable and almost all of it can be recycled curbside. Our kraft boxes, envelopes and paper are made from recycled content and can are curbside recyclable. Our kraft shipping tape is also recyclable and can be left on boxes and envelopes for curbside recycling. Our Hemp twine is super durable, we hope you use it again; it is also compostable. We do not use any plastic packaging.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. Returns of unwashed and unused textiles will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How do I make a return?

Send us an email and we will send you a shipping label. Email us at hello@evenfallhome.com to initiate a return. A restocking fee of $8 per item will be deducted from the refund when processed.

 

May I exchange a gift?

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges, but we can issue a store credit once if you need to return a gift. Email us at hello@evenfallhome.com to initiate a return.

 

What are the charges for return shipping?

Return shipping is free. However, there is a $8 per item restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund when processed.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card in several denominations here.

 

PRODUCTS

Where are your products made?

Evenfall goods are woven, sewn, dyed and finished in Portugal or India. Some of these products have been over-dyed in the Pacific Northwest using natural plant dyes, grown in Oregon.

 

What is STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX certification?

If a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, i.e. every thread, button and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health. The test is conducted by our independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes on the basis of our extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria catalog. In the test they take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances, which may be harmful to human health. In many cases the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements. The criteria catalog is updated at least once a year and expanded with new scientific knowledge or statutory requirements. Read more at oeko-tex.com.
