We aim to process your order within 2 business days and ship it within 72 hours. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We can’t guarantee it, but we are a small team and will try our best. If you need to make a change to an order, please email hello@evenfallhome.com immediately and request changes. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Ground shipping is free on all purchases that ship within the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii and charged additional fees. Swatch orders (of 6 or more) are charged a $5 fee.

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. If you would like to ship internationally, please contact us at hello@evenfallhome.com with your name, shipping address, phone, product names and quantities. We will provide a quote for shipping only – recipient will be responsible for paying duties and taxes on the package.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with carrier and tracking number. If you have not received an order confirmation or shipping notice, please check your spam. If you are still unable to locate the tracking number, please email us at hello@evenfallhome.com

Yes, we offer express shipping on lighter weight packages only.

All Evenfall packaging, is naturally biodegrable and almost all of it can be recycled curbside. Our kraft boxes, envelopes and paper are made from recycled content and can are curbside recyclable. Our kraft shipping tape is also recyclable and can be left on boxes and envelopes for curbside recycling. Our Hemp twine is super durable, we hope you use it again; it is also compostable. We do not use any plastic packaging.

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. Returns of unwashed and unused textiles will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.

Send us an email and we will send you a shipping label. Email us at hello@evenfallhome.com to initiate a return. A restocking fee of $8 per item will be deducted from the refund when processed.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges, but we are able issue a store credit once if you need to return a gift. Email us at hello@evenfallhome.com to initiate a return.
